Assistive Technology, Daily Living Aids and Mobility Equipment to best support your age related care needs and goals.
How do I apply for a My Home Care Package ?
There are several ways to check your eligibility and apply for a
Home Care Package under the My Aged Care scheme.

Contact the My Aged Care contact centre to discuss your eligibility on

The online application is available online to complete 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, go to

In Person
You can also apply in person with an Aged Care Specialist Officer (where one is available in your location)

During this process you will require your Medicare Card and you will be asked questions
to determine how the scheme may help you. A suitable time will then be made to have
the assessment done.
